It started with a simple but powerful idea
PRS was founded by husband-and-wife team Oonagh Miller and Colin Moran. With over two decades of combined industry experience in recruitment. Having seen first-hand how transactional recruitment can fail both people and projects, we built PRS to do things differently. Our approach is personal, honest and long-term. Focused on building meaningful careers and strong teams through genuine relationships, deep sector knowledge and a shared commitment to doing the right thing.
We built PRS to be a specialist partner for M&E engineering professionals, focusing exclusively on permanent roles across Data Centres, Pharma, and Life Sciences in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. From day one, our goal has been to bring care, clarity, and integrity back into recruitment.
